Dee’s understanding and sensitivity to the complexities of leadership in healthcare today lends itself well to success in recruitment of like-minded and like-hearted individuals. She has relevant experience as an active clinician leader running a larger maternal-fetal medicine practice in a safety-net facility, clinician researcher with NIH-, industry and philanthropic funding, and currently as a consultant for pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms in product development. Her knowledge and expertise was embellished through an executive MBA concentrated in healthcare and employment in the corporate sector. She is a compassionate, deep listener with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) who applies a personalized management of clients and recruits for leadership roles.
